Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996)
I remember watching siskel and ebert and they played this preview right here of 2 pac from the movie juice. Their reviews gave praise to 2pac performance and to look out for him as a actor. But I was growing up and listening to him from a rapper point of view. So for them to even mention that when hip hop wasn't being paid attention too or address in a positive light was dope to hear. That first album was classic to me. I know he built a lot of his fan base during the death row days. But you got to know the foundation. Even though heads said he spit his illest rhyme on the "same ol song" with Digital underground. Heads knew he wasn't the best but the passion was there. So you got to salute the solider for that. Rest easy Pac
